What is the policy on returns?
We will accept return of good within 7 days from date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging. Outside 7 days it will be a warranty claim.
Will I have to pay for returns?
We will cover the cost of faulty goods or goods sent in error.
How do I arrange the return of a faulty good or goods sent in error?
You will need to contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a collection.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name and contact number
- The date you would like the item to be collected
- Your collection address
- The reason why you are returning the item. The reason has to be valid and confirmed by us to arrange the return of item to us. Returned item without notification will not be accepted.
Please note that discounted items will not be accepted for return/exchange unless the item is confirmed to be manufacturing defective. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworned condition with all the original packaging.
Please note we can only collect Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00.
Once your collection has been booked in, we will provide you with a confirmation email. Please get ready the return item in original packaging to be passed to the courier service when they come to pick up.
